Island Village Apartments

A mixed-use development with 280 units along Market Street in the East Village, Island Village provides studios for single, low-income adults working in Downtown San Diego, along with 3,000 square feet of commercial lease space on the ground floor. Alliant Holdings owns and manages the property and HDP is the nonprofit management partner.

Construction was completed in September 2003.

Island Village units are restricted to renters with incomes at or below 50 percent of AMI, and will remain affordable for 55 years.
