Studio 15

Studio 15 is a 275-unit new construction mixed-use development in the East Village that was completed in 2009. All 273 furnished rental units are affordable to low- and very-low income persons earning 40 to 60 percent of AMI, and will remain affordable for 55 years. Additionally, there are two managers’ units for the on-site property managers. Units range in size from 260 to 500 square feet. The five-story development includes a computer room and rec center.

There is one level of underground parking with 58 parking spaces. The contemporary building design won a 2007 “Design Excellence Award – Affordable Housing Category” at the Multi Housing News World Expo.

Solari Enterprises, Inc owns and manages the property and HDP is the nonprofit management partner.
